Job Responsibility

Development and support for Mobile Application for Learning, Employee Engagement, Digital Portal based on SharePoint, & Chatbot Application.
Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
Fixing bugs and performance problems
Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
Responsible for Training & HR related digital IT initiatives
Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
Techno-Functional resource who can provide Technical & Functional support to business
Participate in selecting appropriate processes in software development that are suitable to the project, to ensure quality design and implementation work and lead in the execution and monitoring of these processes.
Participate actively in identifying risks and working through the requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.
Lead the development and maintenance of the build, deploy, and unit test procedures.
Job requirements
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
Experience in handling a support project in Mobile Application, Chatbot, SharePoint, etc.
Should have techno-functional knowledge of Mobile Application, chatbots, SharePoint, etc.
Should have working experience in Mobile Applications related to Learning and Engagement.
Should have a working knowledge of the ChatBot Platform
Good Communication Skills
Proven skills and experience in Good companies. Banking & Financial Services Domain experience will be preferred.
Technical Skills
Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
Deep knowledge of Android, iOS, etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile
Familiarity with the JSON format
Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
Familiarity with push notifications
Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
Experience in Machine learning , NodeJS, MySQL, NoSQL & graph Database
Experience in Python, ML, NLP is a must
Experience working with chatbot
Experience working on a variety of Datasets which includes text, images, and other logs or clickstreams.
Fundamentals of Natural Language processing
Self-starter willing to learn things on the fly
Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Proven skills and experience in Good companies and Banking & Financial Services Domain

Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
